FARALLON AQUACULTURE is company based in Panama, founded in 1993. The company operates a vertically integrated shrimp aquaculture operation spanning six countries in Latin America; Honduras, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Panama, Mexico and Venezuela.

Previously, we also operated a hatchery in Belize 5 years from 2002 until 2006. The Group has a labor force of more than 1.000 collaborators in the entire region.

Our basic strategy is very simple, exert the strictest quality control from the time of inception at our hatcheries and carry this protocol through the delivery of our product to our customers.
